First Time Users - How to set up eSurvey

Using eSurvey is very simple. However, before starting to work with eSurvey you need to make sure that you set up your account.

Please also remember that you can always select from the app main menu the following options :

Click PLAY for Detailed InstructionsBy Default eSurvey sends all Forms (results) to your Default e-mail Address.

Set up Application Settings

1.- Select e-mail account to Send Out emails

2.- Select Connection Type ( BIS, BES, WIFI, etc )

Set up a Service

1.- Add New Service ( More Information )

2.- Set up your e-mail address to receive information

Go to Create Survey Screen to Design your Form

Create your Mobile Form / Survey

1.- Create New Template

2.- Add Questions

3.- Edit Answers for Choice & Multi-Choice

4.- Edit Conditional Logic

5.- Select and edit answers to be posted
