Box's integrated file view feature lets you view the most popular file formats including XML, HTML, PDF, KML, JPG and AMR.

As durveys and files are uploaded,  everyone on the team gets notified through the Updates tab and email, increasing response time and decreasing the lag from concept to finalized content. This is great for mission critical applications such as incident reports among others.
